The Ultimate Green Juice : )
1 green apple
1 pear
1-2 sticks celery
1/3 Cucumber
Handful spinach
Some parsley
Half a lemon
Pour over Ice
(Put all this through a juicer or best blend it on high speed in a blender and pour through a nut milk bag and squeeze out into a large jug…because it’s easier than washing that juicer!)

The Big Juice
1 Beetroot
3 Carrots
1 or 2 sticks celery
1/3 English cucumber (aim for organic fruit & vegetables as much as possible)
Squeeze lime or lemon

(Best put through the juicer)

Green Smoothie
250ml water
1 frozen banana
1 soft ripe fruit like kiwi, peach, fig or nectarine
1 handful of spinach
Squeeze ½ Lime or lemon juice

Super Smoothie
1 frozen peeled banana
1 cup of frozen berries
½ Cup of Gojie Berries
1 -2 teaspoons of a super blend powder like Pure Synergy, Organic Hemp, Spirulina or Chlorella.
½ pint water to blend

The Beauty Breakfast
1 cup of organic rolled oats
2 cup’s of orange juice
2 tbl of plain yogurt
1 tbl of mixed seeds…like sunflower, pumpkin or sesame
2 tbl of chopped dried fruit…like apricots dates or prunes.

Put into a wide neck thermos flask, shake vigorously and store in the fridge over night.
